Nicolas Cage and Eva Mendes team up again for Werner Herzog’s new film ‘The Bad Lieutenant: Port Of Call New Orleans. Cage plays a rogue detective who is as devoted to his job as he is at scoring drugs – while playing fast and loose with the law. Looks interesting. The Bad Lieutenant hits theaters Nov. 20th.
Eva Mendes Joins The Other Guys

Eva Mendes is always on her grind. Since 2007 she has appeared in seven films, not counting the two in post-production or the one she’s currently filming. And to add to everything else she has just been signed as the leading actress for the upcoming film “The Other Guys”. The action-comedy film already has Michael Keaton, Damon Wayans Jr, Will Ferrell, and Mark Wahlberg attached to the crew. “The Other Guys”, which is being director by Adam McKay and produced by Gary Sanchez Productions and Mosaic, is scheduled by Sony for release in August of 2010.
